Host your next event in the heart of DTLA at Indie Desk. Our modern, flexible space seats 75+ and adapts easily to meetings, seminars, and workshops. With projection screens, adjustable table setups, and access to a shared kitchen, it’s simple to create the setup you need. (Film sets not permitted.)

The Classroom setup provides a traditional instructional environment ideal for trainings, workshops, certification courses, and presentations. All chairs face the front of the room to ensure clear visibility of screens and presenters. This layout supports focused learning, note-taking, and group engagement. With projection screens, whiteboards, and flexible table options available, it creates a comfortable and efficient space for educational events accommodating up to 95 attendees.

Designed for lectures, speaker series, and informational sessions, the Seminar setup offers an open seating arrangement that maximizes space while maintaining audience comfort. Chairs are organized in neat rows with a clear view of presentation screens and the presenter’s area. This layout facilitates high-capacity attendance and smooth visual engagement. Ideal for talks, panels, and training sessions, the setup integrates well with the room’s available projection and whiteboard amenities.

MEETINGS

Collaborative conference setup

The Meetings setup features conference-style table arrangements that encourage discussion, collaboration, and interactive work sessions. This layout is ideal for team meetings, strategy planning, board sessions, and small group projects. Tables are positioned to support shared materials, laptops, and conversation while maintaining a professional and organized environment. With access to projection screens and a spacious room layout, this configuration offers a productive setting for both formal and informal business gatherings.
