Who we are

Indie Desk Inc. (“Indie Desk”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website at indiedesk.com and the coworking space at 333 S. Grand Ave, Suite 3310, Los Angeles, CA 90071.

What we collect

• Contact info you give us: name, email, phone, company, and anything you type into our forms (contact, RSVP, tour, remote-package signup, availability, film-shoot, staffing).
• Account info if you create a member account: email, password hash, plan, booking history, billing info (handled by Recurly — we don’t store card numbers).
• Analytics & marketing: page views, clicks, referrer, device info, IP, via Google Tag Manager (GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel). Only if you accept cookies.

Why we collect it

• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, run reservations and memberships.
• Send receipts, reminders, and occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe any time).
• Improve the site (aggregate analytics only).

Who we share it with

• Stripe & Recurly — payment processing.
• Brevo — sending transactional emails.
• Mailchimp — newsletter list.
• Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA) — analytics and spam prevention.
• Google Cloud — hosting (US-West2).

We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with advertisers beyond the standard pixel-based audience building you see across the web.

Your rights

If you’re in California: you can ask us what we have on file, ask us to delete it, and opt out of sale/sharing (we don’t sell, but the opt-out is your right anyway). Email privacy@indiedesk.com.

If you’re in the EU/UK: same rights plus data portability and the right to object. Same email.
