Things we get asked.

Can I use it for LLC filings?

Yes. Use 333 S. Grand Ave, Suite 3310, Los Angeles, CA 90071 anywhere you need a registered agent address — Secretary of State, bank accounts, insurance, client contracts.

Do you open my mail?

Only if you tell us to. Default is we sign for it and notify you. You pick scan / forward / hold / shred per item. Forwarding is billed at cost.

Can I book the conference room?

Yes — during business hours (9a–6p, M–F). Check availability at reception the day of. No limit on hours but first-come-first-served on the calendar.

What about after hours?

Mail pickup and conference rooms are business-hours only. If you need 24/7 access, you want a membership instead — start at Shared Desk ($150/mo).

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month. 30 days notice. After cancellation we stop accepting mail on your behalf — set up a forwarding address with USPS for anything still in flight.
