By using indiedesk.com or any Indie Desk service (day pass, membership, conference room, event space, remote package), you agree to these terms.
All memberships are month-to-month unless otherwise stated. Day and week passes expire on the date printed. We can terminate your membership for behavior that disrupts the space, with a refund of unused time.
Payments go through Recurly. Charges are automatic on the renewal date. Cancellation for monthly plans takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no prorated refunds.
Conference rooms and the event space are booked by the hour. Cancel up to 14 days out for a full refund. Cancel within 14 days and you forfeit the booking. No-shows forfeit the booking.
Use Indie Desk at your own risk. We carry business insurance on the space but we don’t insure your personal belongings, your laptop, or your cat. Lockers are available for rent.
The Remote Package gives you a Bunker Hill business address. We hold mail for up to 30 days then forward/shred per your instructions. We don’t open mail without permission. The address is yours while your plan is active; once it ends, we stop accepting mail on your behalf.
Location rentals (film-shoot) require a COI (Certificate of Insurance) naming Indie Desk Inc. as additional insured for $1M general liability minimum. We’ll send you the sample wording.
We can update these terms. Significant changes will be emailed to active members at least 14 days before they take effect.
